Jen, who has also traveled to France, Germany, Austria, and Norway and is settled in the U.S., launches creative projects of her own, spanning documentary films to children’s books, while teaching international families with a passion for travel. Her career has spanned film production, the fine arts, acting, writing, and directing. A lover of horses and dogs, Jen dreams of one day running a working farm by the sea.
